Pasta with ham and peas
INGREDIENTS FOR 6 SERVINGS
- 480g Pasta rigata
- 150g diced ham
- 300g Gran Cucina cooking cream
- 250g peas
- Oil, salt, pepper, onion, with wine to taste
Put the ham, chopped onion and oil in a pot and leave to fry for a few minutes. Fume with white wine.
Add the peas, a little water, and leave to simmer for about 15 minutes.
Take a ladle of the mixture and chop in with a blender.
Cook the pasta ‘al dente’, drain it, and dress it with the peas’ cream, the mixture of ham and peas and the Gran Cucina cooking cream. Stir everything over medium heat to mix all the ingredients.
