Fusilli Tower

INGREDIENTS for 2 servings

  • 200g Fusilli
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 zucchini
  • 400g pumpkin
  • 100ml Gran Cucina light cooking cream
  • Olive Oil
  • ½l vegetable broth

PREPARATION

Cut the courgette and pumpkin into pieces.

In a large pan, brown the shallot, add the diced vegetables and cook with a couple of  ladles of broth.

When cooked, add Gran Cucina light cooking cream.

Cook the pasta, then pour into the pan and stir – fry.

Place a food mold on a flat plate and fill it with the pasta, decorate it with a tablespoon of diced vegetables and some leaves of basil.
