‘Fettucine alla boscaiola’

INGREDIENTS FOT  6 SERVINGS

  • 1/2 Onion
  • 350g mixed mushrooms
  • 100ml white wine
  • 250g Gran Cucina cooking cream
  • 250g crumbled sausage
  • Olive oil
  • 480g pasta ‘penne’
  • Ground pepper

PREPARATION

Chop the onion and crumble the sausages.

Brown the sausage in olive oil over low heat.

Add the onion and let it brown.

Add the mushrooms and blend everything with the wine.

Cook the pasta ‘al dente’.

Add the pasta and the Gran Cucina to the sauce and stir for a few minutes.
